It must be noted that this approach is not intended to restrain people to only serving in particular areas. If, in the course of developing REACH, a person is discovered who’s giftedness is unique to this pre-arranged system, you can create a new position on REACH to empower that person to serve according to the way God has gifted him/her. The ChartsThere are two charts that are visual expression of REACH. Both of these charts are available in larger sizes for display in CONNECT. They are helpful in communication the structure of REACH. The CovenantsIt is crucial for people to commit themselves when they desire to REACH. There are covenants for every position in REACH. Before a person serves in a position, they will be required to study and sign the relevant covenant. The covenants provide job descriptions and help each person understand what standard they are expected to uphold. Duplicates of the covenants are available in the church office.
